Peanut Butter Protein Overnight Oats

INGREDIENTS:

  • Rolled oats, uncooked - 3 tbsp (18 grams)
  • Peanut butter - 1/2 tbsp (8 grams)
  • Agave syrup - 1/2 tsp (4 grams)
  • Soy milk, unsweetened - 4 tbsp (60 grams)
  • Vanilla-flavored protein powder - 1/2 tbsp (3 grams)

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. In a small mason jar or sealable bowl, add all the ingredients, seal, and mix by shaking it for 10-20 seconds.
  2. Place in the refrigerator overnight or for at least 4 hours.
  3. Serve and enjoy! If desired, you may add it to a food processor or blender and mix.

*Note: Stays fresh in the refrigerator for 1-2 days.
