Frozen PB Banana Bites

INGREDIENTS:

  • Banana - 2 medium (240 grams)
  • Greek yogurt, non-fat, plain - 5 oz (140 grams)
  • Peanut powder - 3.5 oz (70 grams)

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Peel and cut the bananas in smaller pieces about 2 fingers thick pieces).
  2. Mix greek yogurt and peanut powder in a small bowl. Make sure there are no chunks.
  3. Dip the bananas in the peanut mix. Make sure that the bananas are covered on all sides. Put the bananas on a baking sheet. If you have leftover peanut mix, add the remaining mix on top of the bananas.
  4. Leave in the fridge for about 2 hours. Enjoy!

*Note: Divide equally by the listed number of servings. Stays fresh in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
