Blueberry Banana Overnight Oats (Pre-Op)

INGREDIENTS:

  • Rolled oats, uncooked - 1/3 cup (32 grams)
  • Chia seeds - 1 tbsp (12 grams)
  • Soy milk, unsweetened - 1/2 cup (120 grams)(can replace with almond milk)
  • Blueberries - 1/3 cup (50 grams)
  • Banana - 1/2 medium (60 grams)

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Mix the oats, chia seeds, soy milk, and blueberries in a sealable container like a mason jar. Seal and shake for 10-20 seconds to mix. Place in the refrigerator overnight or for at least 2 hours.
  2. When ready, serve and add sliced banana. Enjoy!

*Note: Stays fresh in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Add the fruit only when serving.
