Blueberry Almond Parfait

INGREDIENTS:

  • Greek yogurt , non-fat, plain - 3 1/2 oz (99 grams)
  • Chia seeds - 2 tsp (8 grams)
  • Vanilla-flavored protein powder - 1/2 tbsp (3 grams)(for our favorite brand click here)
  • Blueberries - 1 oz (28 grams)
  • Almond butter - 1/2 tbsp (8 grams)

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Mix the Greek yogurt, chia seeds and protein powder in a small bowl.
  2. Add blueberries and almond butter on the side. Serve and enjoy!

*Note: Stays fresh in the refrigerator for 1 day.
