Berry Green Cinnamon Smoothie (Preo-Op)

INGREDIENTS:

  • Spinach, fresh - 2 handfuls (80 grams or 2.8 oz)
  • Blueberries - 1/2 cup (75 grams)
  • Banana - 1/2 medium (60 grams)
  • Chia seeds - 1 tbsp (12 grams)
  • Cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
  • Soy milk, unsweetened - 1 1/2 cup (360 grams)

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Mix everything in the blender for about 1 minute! Serve and enjoy!

*Note: You can use frozen banana to make it nice and cold (freeze peeled). Stays fresh in the refrigerator for 1 day.
