Turkey Ham & Potato Puree

INGREDIENTS:

  • White potato - 1 small (120 grams)
  • Smoked turkey breast (deli meat) - 5 oz (142 grams)(we like this one)
  • Vegetable broth, low sodium - 3 tbsp (45 grams)

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Peel and roughly chop the potato. Place in a pot with enough water to completely cover them and boil for about 12-13 minutes or until fork tender.
  2. Add the potato to a food processor along with the turkey ham and broth. Blend until smooth. Enjoy!

*Note: Divide equally by the listed number of servings. Stays fresh in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. Freeze in individual containers 2 of the 5 servings and defrost each for 1 day in the refrigerator before it's needed.
