Taco-Spiced Turkey and Black Beans

INGREDIENTS:

  • Ground turkey, 90%+ lean, uncooked - 6 oz (170 grams)
  • Olive oil - 1/2 tbsp (7 grams)
  • Taco seasoninig - 1/2 tbsp (4 grams)
  • Greek yogurt, non-fat, plain - 1 oz (28 grams)
  • Black beans, cooked - 3/4 cup (129 grams)

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Place a medium-sized pan over medium heat. Once hot, add olive oil and the ground turkey. Cook for 6-7 minutes stirring occasionally and then add the taco seasoning. Mix and cook for 2 more minutes or until fully cooked. Turn off the heat, transfer to a bowl, and gently mix in the Greek yogurt.
  2. Drain and rinse the black beans. Serve with the cooked turkey. Enjoy!

*Note: Divide equally by the listed number of servings. Stays fresh in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.
