Scrambled Eggs with Turkey Ham

INGREDIENTS:

  • Egg, white - 3 large (99 grams)
  • Smoked turkey breast (deli meat) - 1 oz (28 grams)(choose low sodium if possible)
  • Olive oil - 1 tsp (5 grams)
  • Sea salt - 1/8 tsp (pinch)

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Separate the egg yolk from the egg whites if using whole eggs. Discard the yolks. Chop the turkey breast.
  2. Place a non-stick pan over medium-low heat. Once hot add the olive oil, turkey breast, and egg whites. Season with sea salt and cook for about 3 minutes or until the eggs are fully cooked. Serve and enjoy!
