Pumpkin Chicken Puree

INGREDIENTS:

  • Chicken, rotisserie, cooked, light and dark meat combined, skinless - 4 oz (113 grams)
  • Pumpkin puree - 5 oz (142 grams)
  • Agave syrup - 1 tsp (7 grams)

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Pull and shred the rotisserie chicken.
  2. Add the chicken, pumpkin puree, and agave syrup to a food processor and blend. Mix well until it has been completely pureed (no chunks).
  3. Serve and enjoy!

Note: Divide equally by the listed number of servings. Stays fresh in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
