Peanut Butter Chia Overnight Oats

  • Time: 5 minutes to prepare, done overnight

INGREDIENTS:

  • Rolled oats, uncooked - 5 tbsp (30 grams)
  • Peanut butter - 1 tbsp (16 grams)
  • Chia seeds - 1 tsp (4 grams)
  • Agave syrup - 1 tsp (7 grams)
  • Soy milk, unsweetened - 6 tbsp (30 grams)

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Add all the ingredients to a small mason jar or sealable bowl. Seal and mix by shaking it for 10-20 seconds.
  2. Place in the refrigerator overnight or for at least 4 hours.
  3. Serve the next morning and enjoy!

*Note: Stays fresh in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
