INGREDIENTS:

  • Canned peaches, in water or 100% juice - 1 oz (28 grams)(click here for our favorite brand)
  • Greek yogurt, non-fat, plain - 2 oz (57 grams)

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Drain the canned peaches from their juice.
  2. Gently mix them with the Greek yogurt. Serve and enjoy!

*Note: Stays fresh in the refrigerator for up to 3 days (may vary depending on the expiration date of the yogurt).
