Mashed Potatoes and Peas

  • Time: 15-20 minutes

INGREDIENTS:

  • White potato - 1 small (120 grams)
  • Peas, frozen - 3/4 cup (101 grams)
  • Sea salt - 1/4 tsp
  • Unflavored protein powder - 1 tbsp (7 grams)(for our favorite brand click here)

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Peel and chop the potato. Fill a small pot halfway with water, add the potato and bring to a boil. Boil for 12-13 minutes or until the potato is easily broken with a fork. Drain the water and turn off the heat when done.
  2. Unfreeze the peas in the microwave or by lightly boiling them in a bit of water.
  3. Add the cooked potatoes, peas, sea salt, and protein powder to a food processor and blend until fully broken down and well combined. Serve and enjoy!

*Note: Divide equally by the listed number of servings. Stays fresh in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
