Honey Garlic Salmon (Pre-Op)

INGREDIENTS:

  • Salmon, skinless, uncooked - 240 grams or 8.5 oz
  • Honey, raw and unfiltered - 2 tsp (14 frams)
  • Garlic clove, grated - 1 medium (4 grams or 1 tsp minced garlic)
  • Sea salt - 1/4 tsp
  • Black pepper, ground - 1/8 tsp
  • Broccoli, raw - 2 cup (200 grams)
  • Peas - 2 cup (268 grams)

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Pre heat the oven to 400°F or 200°C.
  2. Line a baking dish with parchment paper and add the salmon fillets. Coat with the agave syrup, grated garlic, sea salt, and black pepper. Place in the oven for 17-20 minutes.
  3. Lightly steam the broccoli and peas. Serve with the cooked salmon. Enjoy!
