Ground Turkey with Boiled Carrots

INGREDIENTS:

  • Carrot - 1 medium (80 grams)
  • Olive oil - 1 tsp (5 grams)
  • Ground turkey, 90%+ lean, uncooked - 300 grams
  • Sea salt - 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper - 1/4 tsp

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Peel and chop the carrot. Boil in a pot with enough water to cover the carrots for about 12 minutes or until very soft.
  2. Place a pan over medium heat. Once hot, add the olive oil and ground turkey. Season with salt and pepper and cook for 8-9 minutes or until fully cooked.
  3. Serve and enjoy!

*Note: Divide equally by the listed number of servings. Stays fresh in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.
