Classic Hummus

INGREDIENTS:

  • Chickpeas, cooked - 1 1/2 cup (246 grams)
  • Tahini - 2 tbsp (30 grams)(sesame seed paste)
  • Olive oil - 2 tbsp (27 grams)
  • Water - 4 tbsp (60 grams)
  • Cumin, ground - 1/2 tsp
  • Sea salt - 1/2 tsp
  • Garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Paprika, ground - 1/4 tsp

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Drain the chickpeas but do not rinse them.
  2. Add all ingredients to a food processor (not a blender) and mix until creamy. Serve and enjoy!

*Note: Divide equally by the listed number of servings. Stays fresh in the refrigerator for 5-7 days.
