Nutritionist notes: Oatmeal is one of the best breakfasts anyone can have, including gastric sleeve patients. Oats pack a lot of important minerals like iron and help you feel fuller for longer. Raisins should be unsweetened, meaning no added sugar (they will have sugar because it is found naturally in them, but please check the ingredients list and avoid any added sweeteners).
