Chocolate Protein Oats

INGREDIENTS:

  • Rolled oats, uncooked - 2 tbsp (12 grams)
  • Soy milk, unsweetened - 3 tbsp (45 grams)
  • Pure maple syrup - 1 tsp (7 grams)
  • Raw cacao powder - 1 tsp (2 grams)
  • Vanilla flavor protein powder - 1/2 tbsp (3 grams)

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Add the rolled oats and soy milk to a medium bowl and place in the microwave for 1 1/2 minute.
  2. Remove from the microwave and mix in the maple syrup, raw cacao powder, and protein powder.
  3. Serve and enjoy!

*Note: Once cooked, you may also blend the oatmeal in a food processor if desired.
