Chicken Chipotle Wrap

INGREDIENTS:
- Cream cheese, light - 1 1/2 tbsp ( 25 grams)
- Chipotle paste - 1/2 tsp (3 grams)
- Flour tortilla - 1 medium (43 grams)
- Rotisserie chicken, cooked, light and dark meat combined - 2 oz (60 grams)
- Avocado - 1/4 small-medium (25 grams)
- Red onion - To taste
- Spinach, fresh 1/4 handful (10 grams)
INSTRUCTIONS:
- In a small bowl, mix cream cheese and chipotle paste. Mix properly.
- Place a pan over medium heat. Heat up the tortilla lightly on both sides (about 30 seconds on each side).
- Remove the tortilla from the pan and add the chipotle cream mix. Spread out evenly.
- Shred the rotisserie chicken and add to the tortilla. Slice the avocado and chop the red onion and spinach. Add everything to the tortilla and spread out evenly.
- Roll the tortilla into a tight wrap. If needed, add a toothpick for stability. Serve and enjoy!
