Blueberry Pie Parfait

INGREDIENTS:

  • Blueberries - 1/2 cup (75 grams)
  • Greek yogurt, non-fat, plain - 4 oz (113 grams)
  • Rolled oats, uncooked - 2 tbsp (12 grams)
  • Agave syrup - 1 tsp (7 grams)
  • Cinnamon, ground - 1/4 tsp

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Add all the ingredients to a food processor and mix for at least 1 minute or until creamy. Make sure no chunks of oats remain.
  2. Serve and enjoy!

*Note: Divide equally by the listed number of servings. Stays fresh in the refrigerator for 2-3 days (may vary depending on the expiration date of the Greek yogurt used). Mix with a spoon before eating the leftovers as some separation may occur.
