Blueberry Almond Protein Oatmeal

INGREDIENTS:

  • Rolled oats - 2 tbsp (12 grams)
  • Soy milk, unsweetened - 3 tbsp (45 grams)
  • Blueberries - 2 tbsp (20 grams)
  • Almond butter - 1 tbsp (16 grams)
  • Vanilla-flavored protein powder - 1/2 tbsp (3 grams)(for our favorite brand click here)

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Add the rolled oats, soy milk and blueberries to a medium-sized bowl and place it in the microwave for 45 seconds. Remove the bowl, mix, and microwave for another 45 seconds.
  2. Remove from the microwave and mix in the almond butter and protein powder. Serve and enjoy!

*Note: Stays fresh in the refrigerator for 1 day. Best eaten immediately.
