Banana Oat Breakfast Smoothie (Pre-Op)

INGREDIENTS:

  • Banana - 1/2 medium (60 grams)
  • Rolled oats - 1/4 cup (24 grams)
  • Soy milk, unsweetened - 1 1/4 cup (300 grams)
  • Cinnamon - 1/4 tsp

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Mix everything in a blender for 30 second to a minute to make sure it all breaks down thoroughly. Serve and enjoy!

*Note: Stays fresh in the refrigerator for 1 day. You can use either fresh or frozen banana if desired.
